Privacy Policy

Last updated: 5 September 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Jagashilp ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects the information you share with us when you use our website and place an order.

Information We Collect

Account details when you sign in with Google — your name, email address, and profile photo.
Order details you provide at checkout — name, phone number, delivery address, and city/state/pincode.
Cart and wishlist items, stored on your own device so your cart is saved between visits.
Any customisation details or photos you upload for personalised products.
Messages you send us through the Help Center or support tickets.

How We Use Your Information

To process, dispatch, and deliver your orders.
To send order updates and respond to support queries.
To personalise your account (saved addresses, order history).
To improve our products and website experience.

Payments

Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or net banking details on our servers — these are handled directly by Razorpay's secure payment gateway. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are settled directly with our delivery partner at the time of delivery.

Sharing of Information

We share only the necessary delivery details (name, address, phone number) with our courier/delivery partners to fulfil your order. We do not sell or rent your personal information to any third party.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Account login is handled securely through Google Sign-In, and your session stays active on your device until you choose to sign out.

Your Choices

You can sign out of your account at any time, and you can request that we delete your account information by writing to us using the contact details below.
