About Us
Jagashilp is a handmade art brand based in India, selling hand-painted and hand-doodled products such as keychains, canvases, and personalised gifts.
Products
- All products are handmade — slight variations in colour, design, or finish compared to the reference images are natural and not considered a defect.
- Customised/personalised products are made specifically to your inputs (name, photo, message, etc.) — please double-check the details you submit before ordering, as these cannot be changed once production begins.
- Product prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Orders & Payment
- Orders can be placed after signing in with your Google account.
- We accept prepaid payments via Razorpay (cards, UPI, net banking, wallets) as well as Cash on Delivery (COD).
- We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity — in such cases, a full refund will be issued for prepaid orders.
Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, illustrations, and branding on this website are the intellectual property of Jagashilp. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
While we take utmost care in packaging and shipping, we are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
